I wrapped up a workshop last week called "Too Busy to Fix Your Business? This Is Exactly Where to Start.โ€

It was a small room.
And it confirmed something I see all the time.

People arenโ€™t struggling because theyโ€™re lazy, unmotivated, or doing it wrong.

Theyโ€™re struggling because theyโ€™re:
โ€ข constantly busy
โ€ข stuck in the weeds
โ€ข carrying overwhelm without a clear place to start

Thatโ€™s not an effort problem.
Itโ€™s a clarity problem.

More specifically: a stage misalignment problem.
