*Price List & Policies - Please Read*
At Apex Auto Detailing, I take pride in providing quality work, honest service, and the best possible experience for every customer. To help appointments run smoothly and ensure accurate scheduling, the following policies are in place for all bookings moving forward:
• Vehicle photos or an in-person inspection are preferred before confirming an appointment in order to provide accurate pricing and estimated completion times. If photos or Inspection haven’t been completed, there may end up being extra charges due to improper quoting. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazard situations will result in additional charges beyond the original quote. Any additional costs will always be discussed before work starts.
• Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to drop-off/detail beginning. Excessive personal items may delay the detailing process, and I would rather remove the possibility of valuable items or items with sentimental value being misplaced.
• Appointment times are scheduled specifically for each vehicle. Late arrivals may affect completion times or require rescheduling depending on the schedule for the day.
•If you are scheduled for an appointment and dont cancel 48 hours in advance or don’t show up, you will be required to pay a 50% fee of your total service amount. When appointments are booked I am accounting for those funds. If it is a frequent thing you will either be required to pay at the time of booking or may be refused service.
• Estimated completion times are subject to change depending on the condition of the vehicle once work begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the detail unless otherwise arranged in advance. I currently accept Cash & E-Transfer right now, but I’m working on getting debit in the future.
These policies are in place to ensure clear communication, accurate expectations, and the highest quality results possible for every customer.
