Most small businesses don’t have a software problem. They have a duct tape problem.
13 browser tabs. 4 spreadsheets. A CRM nobody updates. A booking tool that doesn’t talk to the invoice tool that doesn’t talk to the email tool. A founder doing $40/hr admin work instead of focusing on what matters.
I got sick of watching it. So I built my way out.
Over the last year, I’ve built a fully integrated operating system for my own agency, Blue Lotus Creative. One login. One source of truth. CRM, proposals, contracts, invoices, project management, client portals, scheduling, phone system, voicemail transcription, AI voice agent, email triage, campaigns, SEO audits, content generation, KPI dashboards, time tracking, contractor management, support tickets - all talking to each other. All branded. All ours.
Then something interesting happened.
Clients started asking, “can you build us one?”
So we did. And we’re still doing it:
A home-swap platform for adventure travellers
A first aid training company running real-time course registration, certificates, gift cards, and a full admin back office
Health & wellness practices replacing 6 SaaS subscriptions with one custom portal
Nonprofits with grant readiness, donor flows, and reporting baked in
Here’s the part nobody talks about: the ROI isn’t the software. It’s the hours of your life you stop losing to context-switching, copy-pasting, chasing payments, re-explaining the same thing to three tools, and apologizing to clients because something fell through a crack between systems that were never designed to work together.
If your business is held together by sticky notes, screenshots, and willpower - we should talk.
I’m taking on a small number of custom build projects this quarter. DM me “SYSTEM” or comment below.
