ADHD brains are among us! Diagnosed and undiagnosed.
Many of my clients report feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, chronically late, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns of negative self-talk. Some struggle with conflict and feel the need to have the last word, not because they're difficult, but because underneath the frustration there may be feelings of insecurity, rejection sensitivity, or low self-worth.
To this, I say: there is a better way to live, function, and feel about yourself.
Imagine feeling proud of yourself. Imagine trusting yourself to follow through on commitments, manage responsibilities, and stay on track with the things that matter most. Imagine feeling less chaos and more peace of mind.
The good news? These skills can be learned.
Together, we'll work on cognitive reframing, self-awareness, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and practical routines that support success in everyday life. We'll take a close look at your inner dialogue and begin the process of rewiring the thoughts and beliefs that have been holding you back.
Then we build a plan.
Small routines. Practical tools. Real-world strategies. And accountability.
We'll tackle the good, the bad, and the ugly, together.
One thing I've learned from over 20 years of coaching, mentoring, and helping people grow is this: lasting change doesn't happen because someone tells you what to do. It happens when you learn to believe in yourself and develop the skills to support that belief.
And here's the exciting part: many clients begin noticing meaningful changes in as little as 3 to 4 sessions.
I am a therapist, and I'm a coach at heart.
Good coaches create good programs.
Great coaches help people discover the champion that was already inside them.
Let me help you become your own advocate, your own cheerleader, and the strongest version of yourself. 💛

Elite athletes spend countless hours training their bodies and developing mental performance skills.
Sports psychology plays an important role in helping athletes manage pressure, improve focus, build confidence, and perform consistently.
But sometimes the challenge isn't confidence.
Sometimes it's the unresolved experiences beneath it.
Past trauma, difficult family dynamics, abuse, loss, bullying, chronic criticism, perfectionism, or years of feeling like your worth depends on your performance, can quietly shape how you think, feel, and respond under pressure.
You can learn every mental performance strategy available, but if old wounds are still driving the bus, they often show up when the stakes are highest.
Therapy isn't about making athletes softer.
It's about helping them become freer.
Freer from old stories.
Freer from self-doubt.
Freer from fear.
Freer to perform, compete, lead, and live with greater clarity and peace of mind.
The strongest athletes aren't just physically trained.
They're emotionally healthy, self-aware, and resilient.
Mental performance and mental health aren't competitors.
They're teammates.

You are more than your trauma.
More than your anxiety.
More than your mistakes.
More than the story you've been telling yourself.
Beneath the hurt, frustration, self-doubt, and difficult experiences are strengths, values, gifts, and abilities that may have been forgotten, but definitely not lost.
Sometimes people come to counselling believing they need to be fixed.
My experience has been quite different.
More often, people need help uncovering what has been there all along.
Together, we can identify the patterns that are holding you back, challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you, and reconnect with the strengths that have helped you navigate every challenge you've faced so far.
You may be carrying pain.
…you are also carrying resilience.
Sometimes therapy isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about rediscovering who you've been all along. 💛

Couples Counselling? Or Couples Strengthening?
Many couples reach out for counselling when the relationship has already hit a wall. By that point, one partner may be emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or already considering an exit.
Relationships rarely struggle because of a lack of love. More often, they struggle because of communication breakdowns, unresolved conflict, unmet emotional needs, and patterns that have gone unchecked for years.
What if you didn't wait until things were falling apart?
Consider investing in couples strengthening before you need couples counselling.
In just one or two sessions, we can explore your communication patterns, identify areas of disconnection, and build skills that strengthen emotional intimacy, trust, and partnership. You'll learn how to listen to understand rather than defend, express needs more effectively, and create a healthier relational dynamic.
Using evidence-based approaches such as communication coaching, conflict-resolution strategies, and attachment-informed interventions, couples often leave with practical tools they can start using immediately.
The strongest relationships aren't the ones without challenges.
They're the ones that learn how to navigate challenges together.
Get excited. Things really can get better. 💛

ADHD and anxiety often travel together, and when they do, they can amplify one another.
You may find yourself experiencing chronic worry, feeling constantly on edge, struggling with concentration, or becoming overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities. Research suggests that ADHD involves differences in executive functioning, attention regulation, and cognitive processing, which can make it more difficult to meet the demands of daily life.
I know what it's like to forget appointments, make careless mistakes, feel disorganized, or struggle with tasks that seem easy for everyone else. Over time, these experiences can take a toll on your self-esteem, confidence, and sense of self-worth.
The good news? There are practical strategies that can help.
My ADHD coaching and support program focuses on improving self-awareness, strengthening routines, developing executive functioning skills, and creating healthier patterns of self-talk. Together, we'll work on cognitive reframing, emotional regulation, organization, and sustainable habits that create real results.
This is more than learning new skills, it's about rebuilding confidence, reducing overwhelm, and creating peace of mind.
It starts with a thought.
It becomes a practice.
And with time, it can change your life. 💛

People often ask me what happens in therapy.
The answer is simple: I listen.
You tell me about your life. How you live, how you love, how you work, how you rest, how you take care of others, and how well you take care of yourself.
You tell me about the parts of yourself you're proud of, and the parts you'd rather hide. The good, the bad, and the ugly. (We all have all three.)
Then we start to explore something incredibly important: how you see yourself.
Many of us move through life carrying beliefs that were formed years ago, often in childhood, relationships, family systems, or difficult life experiences. We develop patterns of thinking, coping, and relating to others that once served a purpose, but may no longer serve us today.
Attachment experiences, life events, criticism, rejection, trauma, unmet needs, and repeated messages can shape the way we talk to ourselves. Over time, that inner dialogue becomes the lens through which we see the world and our place in it.
The good news? Those patterns are not permanent.
Our brains are capable of change. We can challenge limiting beliefs, develop healthier ways of thinking, strengthen self-worth, and learn to relate to ourselves with greater compassion and understanding.
Together, we'll explore your inner dialogue, uncover the stories you've been telling yourself, and create space for new perspectives. There are often powerful "aha" moments along the way.
We'll also talk about your hopes, goals, and dreams. Because growth isn't just about understanding where you've been, it's about creating a path toward where you'd like to go.
We'll develop a plan, identify obstacles, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, realistic steps forward.
You set the goals.
I'll help you work toward them.
It takes courage. It takes effort. It takes honesty.
And it is absolutely worth it.
I can't wait to meet you.

True help does not fix people. True support looks, listens, and feels what people are experiencing, then empowers. Maybe you’ve been treading murky waters for so long that you’ve forgotten what dry ground even looks and feels like. When you come see me, I don’t rush to rescue or correct you, I slow down and listen deeply. I listen so intently that your strengths begin to rise to the surface. I reflect them back to you, not as broken pieces, but as powerful tools you’ve carried all along. Together, we rediscover your gifts. From there, we create a path forward that feels authentic to you, one rooted in your own capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Thinking about starting something new?
That’s exciting… and probably a little terrifying too. And that’s completely normal.
Big life changes, starting a business, changing careers, going back to school, making major health changes, or even navigating relationship shifts or ending a relationship, often trigger uncertainty, grief, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
That’s why having a plan matters.
Break the goal down into manageable steps, focus on small milestones, and work on your mindset along the way.
Because your thoughts matter.
In cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), we know that thoughts influence emotions, and emotions influence behaviours. When challenges and complications arise, and they will, your internal dialogue can either fuel growth or fuel fear.
Instead of thinking:
“This is too hard,”
try reframing it to:
“What is this situation trying to teach me?” or “What possibilities exist here?”
This is called cognitive reframing, and it helps build resilience, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
You can learn to redirect negative thinking patterns into more productive and empowering thoughts.
It’s not about toxic positivity.
It’s about training your brain to work with you instead of against you.
Practice makes progress. 💛

I’m currently in the final stages of my application process with the Ontario Social Work regulatory body. So exciting, detailed, and yes… a little “sticky” at times 😉

Here’s where you come in:
If you’ve been thinking about working with me, I’m inviting a small number of people to get early access by completing client intake forms now.
✔️ You’ll be first in line when booking opens
✔️ You’ll help me fine-tune the process behind the scenes
✔️ You’ll already be one step ahead when we begin
