From a young age, I have known, seen, and benefited from the fruits of an active lifestyle. I sought out and completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics in 2006. Since then I have been working in human and environmental research laboratories, not-for profit organizations, fitness centers, and health clinics from Toronto, to Ottawa, Thompson, and Halifax. After completing my Master of
Science Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2009, I’ve enjoyed bringing evidence-based best-practices to the communities I live in, and the homes of online clients near and far. Clinical Exercise Physiologist
