We have partnered with Spring Activator, to launch the new Imaginal Scale-up and Investment Challenge for Women Technology and Product Founders from within racially marginalised communities.

New components of the Program include Investor Readiness Training, and Investor Impact Training, coupled with the Imaginal Scale-up Program to provide a considerable growth opportunity for participating businesses, including the opportunity to participate in the final Investment Challenge earning a $100,000 investment!

Most business leaders start their business with the orientation and desire to create positive change in the world, however most of them don’t know how to accomplish this within their current business structures.

Our first Scale-Up Program ran from September 2021 to February 2022.

One of the biggest impacts reported by our participants was that they were able to create a common language amongst the group and within their own teams.

Megan’s business, ROCarbon Labs, has engineered an end–to-end carbon offset exchange for a complex world of high-quality carbon credits. Natasha (Respire) was completing her plans for an energy positive boutique hotel in France and immediately saw the brilliance in the ROCarbon solution. From her previous position as global head of strategy for GE Capital Aviation Division, she had the knowledge and network to bring ROCarbon’s solution to the European market, starting with hotels. Through a licensing deal for the hospitality industry in Europe, Natasha has been able to launch her energy positive brand in Europe and Megan has secured a significant foothold in Europe.
