Proud to announce that I will be one of the 2023 OCA speakers!

Kelsey is a proud transman that is dedicated to equity and inclusion. Kelsey has worked in summer camps and youth programming for many years, and is currently serving as the 2SLGBTQ+ employee resource group chairperson for McKesson Canada. In his session, you'll learn about the gender and sexuality spectrum, how to create a sense of belonging in a camp setting, and how to foster a welcoming atmosphere about identity at an age-appropriate level. You'll walk away from this session thinking critically about your program and how you can create spaces that allow for honest self-expression. Registration for OCA [Re]Connects 2023 opens in January 2023 - don't miss out on this and our other amazing sessions!
