This morning, I woke up at 4 a.m. to join the livestream of my uncleโs funeral service in Zambia.
It was early, but being there, even from thousands of miles away, was important to me. It was a chance to honour his life, say goodbye, and be part of a celebration of a life that meant so much to our family.
As I sat there in the quiet of the early morning, I found myself thinking about just how precious time really is.
Life can change unexpectedly. And sometimes we spend too much of today dwelling on yesterday, worrying about tomorrow, or putting off the things and people that truly matter.
But time is too precious for that.
So today, Iโm simply grateful. Grateful for life. Grateful for the people I love. And grateful for another day to be present, to live, to love, and to appreciate what I have.
