Screw piles placed for a Kent home (mini home). These are perfect for this application. Better foundation than the old school blocking. They are also easily adjustable for levelling.
Can also be used for modular homes, cabins, storage containers, sheds and anything else that would require a solid foundation. Plus side is quick set up and installation, minimal ground disturbance and a lot more cost effective they placing a concrete pad. Feel free to reach out for a free quote.
