SIJJA Consulting SIJJA is a northern consulting firm that supports Indigenous organizations and communities.

SIJJA offers a variety of services including strategic planning, research, communications, Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit, governance, and board training, monitoring and evaluations, as well as corporate policy, planning, and program development. Most of all, we excel at helping our clients to effectively (and efficiently) achieve their goals! At SIJJA Consulting we love to find new ways of improving systems by blending our creative and scientific approaches to create and innovate. We understand the importance of respecting and considering cultural values and knowledge when engaging with Inuit communities and we work to apply Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit to everything we do. We believe that the Arctic is one of the most resilient and formidable places in the world and every project we take on aims to help our communities and environment so that we can leave them in a better way than we
