3D Scanning services available!

Here is an example of a recent job where a customer wanted a 3D scan of the intake from their project car. With accuracy within 0.3mm, the scanner will pick up even the surface roughness of a cast part such as this!

A great use case for high-end plastics! Just finished these replacement gears for a wiper motor on a large mobile crane. The OEM quoted a shocking amount for this simple replacement part and we were able to print 3 spares for less than the price of 1!

FDM 3D printing services available. Bring your own design, or have us design for you! 3D scanning also available to duplicate an existing part.

The finished parts don't have to be fully plastic! We have the ability to inset metal/ceramic/whatever components (such as nuts for steel threads, bearings, etc).

Largest single-part build volume is 240x280x300mm (roughly 9.5x11x12 inches). Large items can sometimes be split into multiple pieces, or we may refer you to our CNC machining service!
