The first year of the pandemic inspired us to write our book, Spin the Bottle Service - Hospitality in the Age of AI.

The second year of the pandemic we developed our book into a training program.

This week marks a milestone as we hit the road for the first in person sessions of Spin the Bottle Service training!

Grateful to Prestige Hotels & Resorts for inviting us to their hotels in Golden and Cranbrook, and for their engaged employee teams that welcomed us and enthusiastically participated.

One of our sessions is Great Teams Create Great Experiences and we’re confident that there are great experiences to be had in Cranbrook and Golden!

What an honour to meet Chance, a real hospitality hero!

Chance works at Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport. He literally went out of his way to assist a guest by driving a four hour round trip after work to recover a wallet a guest had left in a different town. When the guest woke up for their early morning flight the next morning, Chance had returned with their wallet.

We were so inspired by the story, that we dropped by with a copy of our book, Spin the Bottle Service - Hospitality in the Age of AI, as a gift for Chance. As soon as we met him, we knew he was the real deal!

Thanks for meeting with us Chance! Four Points, and the hospitality industry in Kelowna, is lucky to have you!
