Super exciting delivery tomorrow 🍊

We are getting in 1-gallon potted Calamondin orange trees! They are an excellent, compact, and highly productive choice for container gardening, offering year-round fragrant white blossoms and small, tangy fruit (a cross between a mandarin and a kumquat). These trees are ideal for growing indoors or on a patio, often starting to bear fruit within 1-2 years of purchase.

Description (1-Gallon Pot)
Size: In a 1-gallon pot, these trees typically range from 18-22 inches tall and 8-12 inches wide. They are often sold as young, grafted plants.

Fruit: The fruits are small, roughly 1 inch in diameter, resembling tangerines. They have a thin, sweet, edible rind with a sour, lime-like interior.

Appearance: They feature dense, glossy green foliage and, under good conditions, may produce fruit and flowers simultaneously.

Suitability: Known as “beginner” citrus trees due to their resilience, they adapt well to container life and can thrive both indoors and outdoors.

We’re looking for a part-time adult to join our little flower & plant family in Kincardine!

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Genuinely love flowers, plants, and all things green

• Are creative, a team player, quick on your feet, and super adaptable

• Are able to handle the physical demands of florist life - this job involves long hours on your feet, lifting and carrying moderately heavy items (flower buckets, large pots, vases, display pieces, etc.), and moving things around the shop

• Can work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

If you love getting your hands dirty with fresh stems, arranging beautiful bouquets, chatting with customers about their special moments, and thriving in a fast-paced, beautiful, sometimes chaotic, always joyful flower shop...

Wilder & Rain turns 5 today! 🎂🌿✨

Five whole years of flowers, plants, dirt under our nails, late-night arranging, early-morning deliveries, and the absolute best part — all of YOU.

From that first tiny shop setup to where we are now, we still pinch ourselves that we get to do this in our beautiful little beach town of Kincardine. The way our community has wrapped around us, supported us, celebrated with us, trusted us with your special moments — it means everything.
