A couple days ago I posted about Burger Mix’s. Fun fact today is…. Your favorite rub can be used in burgers too. I mix 2-3 tablespoons in a pound of ground beef. Add your onions or whatever else you want. Absolutely delicious. Just because the rub says it’s for chicken or pork. It also works great in your burgers. I did up a batch of burgers with clucky cluckiest from Fire BBQ. Turned out great. Your rubs also work great on vegies, popcorn, eggs. You name it. Use your imagination.
