🚨🚨🚨I had stretched myself too thin and suffered a serious burnout 🚒🚨🚨🚨
Fortunately, my business mentor was looking out for me and sent me to a Yoga & Health School to recover. I was introduced to mind and body wellness through meditation, yoga and healthy eating. I also had lots of time to sit with my thoughts and self reflect. I realized that I was trying to do everything because I was distracting myself. I thought moving fast 🏃meant moving forward⏩ - but I was wrong ❌❌❌
When I returned to work, I knew I had to focus and pick a direction. I decided, instead of running at full speed 24/7 working IN my business selling, I was going to figure out the best leverage so I could focus working ON my business. I started my own brokerage in 2018. In our first year, we did $300k in revenue and, by 2020, we had generated approximately $1 Million in revenue. I had a team of highly producing agents, an operations manager, marketing manager and was spending 100% of my time coaching and growing my team. Then March 2020 Hit…🦠
The pandemic forced me to slow down and self-reflect again. I discovered that my true passion was coaching my team and helping them achieve their goals. My top agent, and good friend, expressed his dream to own and grow a real estate brokerage of his own - I knew I could help him make that happen.🙌
In 2021, I sold my brokerage to this top agent. Stepping away from my company I decided to focus on growing myself and following my true purpose.
