Our Mission:
To help identify and secured Federal and Provincial grant to support the work and training programs of organizations to better serve Black and visible minority communities across Canada. Our Vision:
To foster social interactions among various visible minority communities across Canada by collaborating with governments departments and agencies, public and private organizations to help

reduce social and economic inequality among visible minority communities. The mandate of Independent Community Consulting Firm (ICCF) is to provide capacity building initiatives in areas of skills development and encourage self-sustainable program in the Black and visible minority communities through local networking and building of community support systems. ICCF promote stable communities activities rooted in peace, independence, and self-sufficiency to facilitate the growth and development of Black, newcomers and less privileged members through community associations across Canada. To help identify and secured Federal and Provincial grant to support the work and training programs of organizations to better serve Black and visible minority communities across Canada.

2. To support the social and economic participation and inclusion of Black and visible minority women and young adults in the labor market across Canada.

3. To provide an opportunity for vulnerable Black and visible minority seniors to identify priorities for workshops related to increasing awareness on safety (financial, physical, cultural and mental well-being.

4. To provide better public awareness that leads to informed understanding of cultural and family structures to successfully mediate dispute settlement in Black and visible minority communities. ICCF has for several years work with partners to developed and successfully implement several project nationally and internationally to address problems facing vulnerable. This include working with partners to provide educational scholarship to over 65 Ebola Orphan in the three affected West African Countries as well as the Empowerment of seniors and youths across Canada through Information Sharing workshop training project. ICCF has for the first time brought a federal funding of $25000 to each of the following organization and provide consultancy services to them throughout the implementation of each
individual project. The objectives of these project was designed as a information sharing workshop training sessions focusing on seniors and youths empowerment initiatives to combact seniors social isolation and youths entrepreneurship training programs for visible minority communities across Canada.
