It’s time to introduce myself! A fun Chat GPT prompt to try (prompt in the comments).

Are you using AI tools? The goal isn’t to replace your creativity. It’s to support it.

The heart of a workshop business will always be:

* human connection
* shared experiences
* creativity
* community
* storytelling

AI simply helps with the behind-the-scenes workload so you can spend more time doing the parts only you can do.

Your creative workshops don’t fail because you’re not talented.
They fail because you waited too long to plan them.

Successful workshops don’t magically fill themselves.

The biggest pitfall I see with workshop businesses?
➡️ Posting last minute
➡️ Scrambling for content ideas
➡️ Forgetting to market consistently
➡️ Launching without a plan
➡️ Hoping people will “just sign up”

Meanwhile, the workshops that sell out are usually planned weeks — sometimes months — ahead.

Your audience needs time to:
• see your workshop
• connect with the experience
• invite a friend
• budget for it
• get excited about it

A simple monthly planning session can completely change your business momentum.

Promotions. Themes. Partnerships. Email reminders. Social posts.
It all feels easier when it’s mapped out ahead of time instead of created in panic mode. ☕️

The women building sustainable creative businesses are not winging it anymore. They’re planning with intention.

Are you actually using Pinterest for your business… or just scrolling it?

If you’re a workshop host, DIY creator, or creative entrepreneur—Pinterest is your GOLDMINE for ideas, trends, and content that actually sells out your workshops.

Here’s how I use it:
🤍 Find trending workshop themes before everyone else
🤍 Create mood boards that turn into real, sellable experiences
🤍 Pull content ideas for Instagram, emails, and promos
🤍 Stay ahead of seasons (think FALL in July 😉)

Stop guessing what to create next. Start building workshops people are already searching for.

I teach this inside my coaching:
→ How to turn Pinterest inspo into PROFITABLE workshop ideas
→ How to market them so they fill up FAST

Follow along for weekly inspo + strategy 🎨
and DM me if you’re ready to plan your next sold-out workshop.

There was a time I thought growth had to feel big, bold, and obvious.

More ideas.
More hustle.
More doing.

But what I’ve come to realize is this…

The real shift happens in the small things.

The quiet confidence you build when you repeat something that works.
The calm you feel when you’re not scrambling for the next idea.
The joy in creating something simple… and doing it well.

Find beauty in the small things
— because that’s where your foundation is built.

This is exactly how I approach my workshops now.

Not chasing more.
Not overcomplicating.
But refining… simplifying… leading with intention.

And that’s where it becomes:
🌿 repeatable
🌿 profitable
🌿 actually enjoyable

If you’re feeling overwhelmed in your creativity,
it might not be that you need more…

It might be that you need to come back to what already works.

What’s one small thing in your business that’s working right now?

This is what workshops taught me…

It’s all in the planning.

I used to be the queen of Post-it notes, scrap paper, and random doodles for my ideas. But everything changed when I committed to using one planner for the entire year.

Honestly, it has been a game changer. My ideas are captured, my projects stay on track, and for the first time, I actually feel organized and ahead of my planning instead of behind.

There are a million planners out there… but this one was created specifically for creatives who are ready to turn their ideas into workshops.

No tech, just a place to doodle, brainstorm AND PLAN all in one place.

I didn’t start as a ‘business person’. I started as a creative. This podcast intro from 2019 says it all.

Leading is a skill. And most creatives were never taught how to lead.
But when you have a step-by-step method… something really powerful happens. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve run this exact workshop. And every time? It’s simple. It’s fun.
I know what’s coming next. I’m not scrambling. I’m leading.
That’s the kind of money I like to make.
Fun. Predictable. Profitable.
If you’re creative and you have a skill to teach—
you don’t need more ideas.
You need a method.

Create your step-by-step workshop once…
and let it work for you on repeat.

This is what I teach inside DIY Workshops That Sell. 🤍
