Standing your ground starts with remembering:

✔️You were never meant to blend in.
✔️You were born to be seen, heard, and known.
✔️You are not invisible.
✔️You are the evidence, the legacy, the light.

✨ How to Stand Your Ground & Refuse to Be Invisible?

👉🏾 1. Know who you are: Before the internet web and world labels you. You are not someone’s silence or side character. Your story began before they noticed, and it will continue after they forget.

👉🏾 2. If you must then, Speak up, even if your voice trembles.
Your presence isn’t dependent on permission. Use your voice in rooms where you’ve been ignored, in spaces you were never “meant” to enter.

👉🏾 3. Create, even when they ignore.
Write. Dance. Lead. Start. Build. Share. Be relentless in creating what reflects your truth even if no one claps yet.

👑 Identity isn’t something they give. It’s something you anchor in. 🥂

We’re heartbroken to report the passing of Malcolm-Jamal Warner at the age of 54 from an apparent drowning.

A generation grew up with Warner as Theodore “Theo” Huxtable—the beloved only son of the Huxtable clan on The Cosby Show, which first aired in 1984 when he was just 14 years old. His portrayal helped redefine Black boyhood on screen, offering humor, vulnerability, and depth across eight seasons.

But Warner’s talents extended far beyond the sitcom world. In 2015, he became a Grammy Award winner for Best Traditional R&B Performance, sharing the honor with Robert Glasper Experiment and Lalah Hathaway for the powerful track, Jesus Children.

He was an actor, poet, musician, and storyteller—but above all, a father, partner, and friend. We extend our deepest prayers and love to his family, loved ones, and all those touched by his presence. May he rest in peace.

Ley discuss for a quick minute on here: Eliminating Unbelief in Leadership 🧠✨

Unbelief resembles that small voice within that doesn’t always scream. I know you have felt it because you mention it a lot in so many other words.

Sometimes it whispers:

🚨 “Are you sure you’re called?”
🚨 “Will they even listen?”
🚨 “Who do you think you are?”

🗣️ So you become louder and louder

And that’s ok, but leadership anchored in purpose must outgrow the need for constant reassurance.

✨How can you eliminate unbelief?

🛑 You eliminate unbelief not by silencing your fear but by strengthening with the truth.

One way to start:
✔️ Remember the call.
God equipped you to do this.
✔️ Lead from identity, not crowd control.
When your “why” is loud, unbelief loses volume.
✔️ Affirm your growth.
The version of you that started isn’t the one leading now.
✔️ Start where you are.
Leadership is obedience, not perfection.

➡️You’re not leading because you know it all quite the contrary, you’re leading because you chose to rise, despite it all.
