Office Administrator
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This is a Full Time Permanent Position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks to support the organization. This includes processing payroll, payables and receivables transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of the payroll process
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
• Maintain organized files and financial documentation
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments and invoices
• Assist with general administration and accounting tasks as needed
• Support the management team with ad hoc projects and reporting
• Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with Sage Simply Accounting
• Proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion
