Now that it’s November and the year is quickly coming to a close, it’s time to take stock of what 2026 gave you.

Was it new beginnings?
Was it painful endings?
Was it clarity?
Was it confusion?
Was it a learning experience?

Or perhaps all of the above.

Just remember, the year isn’t over just yet and there is so much more you can do to make it end on a positive note.

You know what hurts?

Realizing that you've wasted years at a j.o.b that drained you, undervalued you, and burnt you out.

I know exactly what that's like. After almost 30 years in my field, I have nothing left to give it, and add to that, being back in a place where there is no where to go, no "moving up", just adds to the pain.

That's why I chose to start putting myself first.
I chose to take the chance on me and to step outside of my fear zone to make a change to change my future, so I can get unstuck.
I chose me.

I don't want to see anyone waste more time because of the fear of starting over, or because of the fear of stepping out of comfort zones.

You've already given enough of your time and life to a place that would replace you in a second without a thought.

It's time to stop, and start to put yourself first.
