CEBA loans for eligible businesses have increased from $40,000 to $60,000. Half of the additional $20,000 loan is forgivable if repaid by Dec. 31, 2022. Applicants who have already received the $40,000 CEBA loan may apply for the $20,000 expansion, which provides eligible businesses with an additional $20,000 in financing. All applicants have until March 31, 2021, to apply for $60,000 CEBA loan or the $20,000 expansion.

Those eligible to obtain the CEBA loan under the payroll stream can apply directly through their business account at their bank. Visit https://ceba-cuec.ca for the list of banks now accepting applications.

The Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA) will provide interest-free loans of up to $40,000 to Canadian small businesses and not-for-profits.

As you very well know, the COVID-19 pandemic has devastated many businesses and it continues to wreak havoc both economically and personally.
During these past few months, we have been able to help a number of organizations relieve some of the economic hardship by navigating them through the qualification and application process for the various Federal Government subsidy programs.
Did you know employers who have seen a drop in revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic may be eligible for a 75% wage subsidy, retroactive to March 15, 2020 (and that some of the subsidies expire after January 31, 2021)?
Hopefully you do and you have been able to take advantage of this and other Government programs.
If not, we can help!
Your time and your staff’s time is valuable and probably focused on surviving and thriving through this crisis.
If your organization does not currently have the capacity to research the wage subsidy qualification requirements and navigate the calculations, we can do that for you.

LANDLORDS & TENANTS DID YOU KNOW CASH IS AVAILABLE?

The Federal Government has recently implemented the Canada Emergency Rent Subsidy (CERS) program for business and non-profit organizations. You may be eligible for a subsidy to cover part of your commercial rent or property expenses, starting on September 27, 2020, until June 2021.

This subsidy will provide payments directly to qualifying renters and property owners.

If you are eligible for the base subsidy, you may also be eligible for lockdown support if your business location is significantly affected by a public health order for a week or more.

Our "business" is helping you apply for the subsidy and calculating the amount - let us know if we can be of assistance!
