Summer continues to roll on nicely 🌞
Here's some pics of a 1 bedroom that I prepped&painted for a client with a Century 6 plex, that is being modernized and beautified as each unit becomes available..
This week I'm repairing decks, firming up fences and sprucing up the entrances to a clients Clinic..
I'll be seeing you soon to help put gardens&yards to bed, but not too soon I hope 🙏🏻🌞

I've been back from Holiday for a busy week of mostly exterior projects🙂
Lots of yard work for clients, which although hard work, is something I quite enjoy🕺
Next week it's an interior paint project, and then whatever else I can fit in, on various clients to-do lists💪🏻

Well, that's some very smoky air out there..I'm glad I got caught up on my exterior work before it hit..here's some pics of the last couple weeks..lots of yard beatification 🙂, some concrete patching, an irrigation system install, a kitchen tap set changeout, some fence mending, and others.

There's a busy week or so in the books..helped get a lovely little house in Wortley Village ready to sell, constructed some custom window well covers and installed a handrail , I even had time to help remove some dead hedges 😥 in Old North..🕺
Next week I'm mostly exterior painting in Old South, and doing a indoor project if I get rained out🙃

This weekend I'm inside and outside(mostly inside I think 💦💦💦)
Next week I'm preparing a vacant unit for rental, and hanging window coverings..
