Mental Models & the Bad Sushi Moment

If you've ever thought "wow, if that person leaves, we're in trouble", then this mental model might be for you.

We call it the 'Bad Sushi' mental model - when crucial company information rests with a single person and what happens if that person suddenly leaves. The model lives in the story, and there are a couple of tips on how to solve for it.
