For years, I had a job I was genuinely good at. I cared about it. I gave a lot of myself to it.

You’re not disorganized. You’re just organizing the wrong things first.

Here are the three things every solo business owner needs to get in order before anything else.

1️⃣ Your priorities.

Not your to-do list. Your actual priorities. The three things that move your biz forward this week. This looks different for everyone depending on your yearly goals, but until you know yours, everything feels urgent and nothing actually moves.

2️⃣ Your inbox.

Your inbox is where opportunities live and where they go to die. If you can’t find things, respond on time, or manage the volume, it is costing you more than time. It’s costing you credibility.

3️⃣ Your workflow.

How do you actually move through your week? If you don’t have a workflow, you don’t have a business. You have a series of reactions.

Priorities. Inbox. Workflow. Get those three things working and everything else gets easier.
