New video is live, and I’m curating collage kits I’m actually selling through my creative sister brand, Creating Ripples Co., while talking through something a lot of you asked for: perfectionism.

Turns out it rarely shows up looking like perfectionism at all. It’s usually disguised as “I just need to fix one more thing,” or “it’s not quite ready yet.”

I share 5 things that have actually helped me loosen its grip, plus why I’ve started moving away from the term “imposter syndrome.”
