THIS WAS NOT SCALABLE
However, it did happen to be:
- a tricked out LED piano that sat in Toronto bringing us leads for 45 days
- a phenomenal showcase of what we can create for placemaking
- an R&D project that generated a new feature set for our core product
Sometimes you just have to ditch scalability in favor of things that will jumpstart your business.

The tendency is to underspend on this work because we're all naturally risk averse.โ โ 
But if you think about it this way, you'll realise that's a big mistake.โ โ 
Imagine I told you that I would give you 100 dollars if you have me 90 dollars. Would you take that deal?โ โ 
No matter how small your profit is, you should spend that money.โ โ 
Especially considering that you can retarget your existing customers and sell to them again more easily than getting new customers in the future.โ โ โ โ โ โ
