That Metal Guy will have limited service and closures next week.

We are open for Monday bookings only.

📅 Monday, May 18
Holiday service day. We will have limited pickup spots available on a first come, first served basis.

📅 Friday, May 22
Closed for pickups due to a tournament.

📅 Monday, May 25
Closed for pickups due to a tournament, but we will still be accepting bookings after 12 noon for Tuesday, May 26 pickups.

After that, we are back to regular hours.

Please book ahead if you need scrap metal or electronics pickup next week.

What a great night celebrating with Consumer Choice Award - Choix du Consommateur and a select group of top business owners recognized as some of the best of the best in London.

We’re very grateful to have been part of such a wonderful evening, surrounded by hardworking local businesses, great conversations, and a strong sense of community.

A big thank you to Consumer Choice Award for hosting such a memorable dinner night, and thank you to CHOP Steakhouse & Bar for the amazing hospitality and beautiful setting.

If anybody is looking for an award-winning steakhouse, we highly recommend Chop Steakhouse & Bar The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, and they had great options for different dietary needs.

Due to the overwhelming support, recommendations, and high volume of calls, same-day service will now be first come, first served.

Same-day spots will be reserved as much as possible for customers who are in a pinch, moving, or dealing with a deadline.

If you already know you have scrap metal or electronics ready for pickup, please contact us the day before and place your items outside in a secure designated spot, which can be found on our website.

This helps us stay organized, keep pickups fast, and ensure we serve each and every one of you during our spring clean-up season.

Fresh E-Waste Shipping Container Is Ready To Go!

Our e-waste shipping container just got a fresh setup. The boxes are ready, the bins are organized, and material is ready to come in, be sorted properly, and shipped for responsible recycling.

At That Metal Guy, we take electronic waste seriously. Our e-waste processing location is secured with 24-hour surveillance, enclosed locked bins, and a gated area to help make sure your electronics and data-sensitive items are handled safely, responsibly, and properly.

Some services may be quick to get electronics picked up and gone, but fast does not always mean secure. With e-waste, especially items that may contain personal or business data, proper handling matters.

That is why we focus on doing it the right way — keeping e-waste secure, organized, and prepared for responsible recycling.

BEFORE & AFTER 🔥

Tight spaces, tough conditions… but we got it done 💪

This one was for a local business in a very confined area — not much room to move. We were called just to remove the metal for recycling.

We came across a lot on this cleanup… including beer cans and even needles. Just a reminder — cleanups anywhere downtown aren’t always as simple as they look. We always gotta stay aware and be careful in these environments because unfortunately there is many like this.

Well that was a week 😅❄️

Heater core blew in the truck… so we ran ALL last week with no heat.
Cold mornings, frozen hands, windows fogging up… the whole deal.

But we still got it done 💪

Got it fixed over the weekend, and now it honestly feels like luxury just having heat again 😂🔥

You don’t realize how good something is till it’s gone for a bit.

Appreciate everyone’s patience last week — we don’t stop 💯
