The air quality is extremely poor and harmful, especially for anyone breathing it in throughout an entire workday.

To anyone working outdoors: we strongly recommend wearing a proper mask or going home if possible. No job is worth risking your health over.

A local company recently contacted us for help removing and recycling a large rooftop central air-conditioning unit from the Leon’s building.

Their regular recycling guy unexpectedly bailed on the job, so they needed someone reliable who could accommodate them and be there when promised. That Metal Guy was happy to step in, help keep the project moving and make sure they could complete the job successfully. 💪🚛

📍 Technology is great… until it decides to test your patience. 😂

I’ve been using the built-in GPS in my truck, and somehow it manages to be about three steps behind my phone. By the time it figures out where I’m going, I could’ve already arrived, finished the pickup, and been halfway to the next job. 🚛💨

Technology is supposed to make the day more efficient, but it doesn’t always work the way it should. Batteries die, signals disappear, systems freeze, and sometimes the “smart” option becomes the slowest one.

At this rate, I might have to bust out an old-school paper map and start highlighting my routes again. 🗺️😂

Just a reminder that technology is a useful tool—but it should never be the only tool you know how to use. Sometimes the old ways are still the most reliable!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting our grocery blessing giveaway winners, Ashley and Troy.

After learning more about their journey and hearing that Troy has been battling cancer and has just finished his second chemotherapy, I simply couldn't stick to the original $300 budget.

❤️ Today's grocery bill came to $497.00.

Cancer affects not only the person fighting it, but also their entire family. Nobody should have to worry about putting food on the table while going through a battle like this.

It was an honour spending time with you both today. Your strength, positivity, and resilience are truly inspiring. 💪❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who entered our Grocery Blessing Giveaway and to everyone who continues to support THAT METAL GUY. Because of your support over the years, we're able to give back to our community and help people when they need it most. 🧡
