We have heard stories from customers of times where unfortunately they have gotten a hold of and used crooked technicians.

These ones come into peoples homes for a service call and 'repair' an appliance. They are there for en extended period of time and then the customer is charged an exuberant fee for the 'repair'. Later the customer finds out that the technician not only did not complete the repair correctly, but also spent time tinkering and pretending to do the repair to take up time and then justify the steep costs.

We can assure you honest and quality repairs will be made with a discussion of the cost before the work is completed. You will never encounter surprise fees with Fair Repair Appliance!
