Working towards a routine exercise program that I was doing prior to my leg injury. Starting out slowly to build my stamina. I read in the paper yesterday that only 16 % of adults get in the recommended 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity a week. Among this crowd of reluctant exercisers, eight out of 10 take fewer than 5,000 steps a day. I used to do anywhere from 20,000 to 30,000 steps daily so I have a lot of work ahead of me.
