Kristy focuses on project support & management, event planning & coordination, communications and administration support. Lennard Joe, RPF, BSc, is a Registered Professional Forester
and brings over 30 years of forestry and business experience into his roles. As a member of the Nlaka’pamux Nation, Lennard is actively involved in, developing new businesses and opportunities in the forest sector within his territory as well as throughout Canada, North America and the World. His role as an Indigenous Professional Forester has opened doors in Indigenous Governance, Provincial and Federal government, Industry, Academia and Forest Certification. Kristy Joe's innovative and dynamic attitude, along with her strong administrative background, has allowed her to excel as an orchestrator and implementer of many programs and services that has created and resulted in stronger, healthier, and safer communities through different sectors that include provincial/industry participation agreements, emergency management, forest fuel management, children and family and First Nations organizations. Kristy has over 25 years’ experience in administration, project management, event planning and communications with on a business level, Band level, Nation level and Provincial level. Kristy is a published writer for a bestselling series of books with the WOW (Woman of Worth) platform on Emotional Intelligence: Mental Health Matters and Women’s Wellness. Kristy believes in empowering women through her writing, her work, and also advocating for them as a member of the Minister’s Advisory Council for Indigenous Women for the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. Kristy has played an integral part in the healing journey of many Indigenous youth, women, men, elders and organizations throughout British Columbia.
