If you're doing a substantial renovation in Canada here's what you need to know before March 31, 2027.
💰 Up to $130,000 rebate on properties valued up to $1.5M
📉 Rebate decreases proportionally between $1.5M and $1.85M
🔨 Must gut at least 90% of the interior to qualify
📋 Binding contracts must be signed before March 31, 2027
🏠 Property must be your primary residence
