A Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) does NOT always mean refusal.

This case is a great example. After responding to the PFL, IRCC issued a letter confirming that:

✅ The PR application is ready for finalization
✅ IRCC is proceeding with confirmation of permanent residence status
✅ The applicant is being asked to complete the PR Confirmation Portal process
✅ The next step is the issuance of the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR/eCoPR)

📌 Important: Receiving a PFL can be stressful, but the outcome depends on how the concerns are addressed and the evidence provided.

A well-prepared response can make a significant difference.

🇨🇦 PFL received? Don’t panic. Understand the concern, respond strategically, and provide the appropriate evidence.
