Ever wondered how AI is reshaping our world? It’s like having a superpower at your fingertips, transforming industries and boosting productivity like never before! That's not science fiction; that's AI in action today.But, There are myths floating around about AI taking over jobs or being too complex to understand. The reality? AI is a tool, not a takeover. It's about creating opportunities and overcoming challenges. It's like having a smart assistant who’s always learning and adapting to make our lives easier.

AI’s potential is immense, unless you incorporate that in your daily working style you wont be able to visualize it.Nonetheless, as a user we must be wary of using it ethically. That does not mean we need to attach fear with it but utilize AI's power by asking right questions and molding it for our purpose to make life easy.

We all have to be early adopters of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in whichever field we are in. My personal take with AI is that it will redefine how we approach our work culture. Agentic AI will act as our team member and human's will have more time for creative and deep thinking. Since we are aware that no one has 10 or 15 years of experience in the space of AI to predict its future hence we all must experiment more to find out. The constant engagement with AI tools will let us discover its capability in coming years. Our collective personal research through trail and error can provide genuine feedback to the big companies for their experimentation. From where i stand now on this topic , I see a huge opportunity for all of us to be more creative, adaptive & will require constant learning in coming years for AI.

One of my colleague gifted me one of her books ( Everyday Woman's Guide to thrive in your Busy Life) where she has contributed her persuasive thought on how to find balance amidst the hustle.

She added in her notes to me as " Divya it is NOT always about doing everything at once but doing the right things well". This message struck to me and i told myself indeed it is right and it resonates with 80/20 rule of prioritization.

Hence , our focus should be on 20% of the task that yields 80% of the results and lets us maintain balance in life. so find an empowering purpose which gives you maximum satisfaction in life be it a job, business , hobby , parenting or anything which make your life joyful and meaningful.
