More than half of Canadian businesses outsourced work in the past year, and the businesses doing it most were not the small ones. Companies with 20 to 99 employees led at 36.4%, followed closely by businesses with 100 or more employees at 34.3%, according to Statistics Canada's latest Canadian Survey on Business Conditions.

The team was growing, and there were a lot of roles to fill.

Our client, a UAE conglomerate, was expanding its Digital & Technology function in Pakistan and needed to bring in people across the board, from specialist roles to senior leadership.

We got involved early, worked closely with the team to understand what they needed, and kept the process moving from sourcing through to final submission. In three weeks, that meant 15 leaders hired across 34 roles, with 306 profiles submitted.
