I’ll be honest… big dogs usually make me nervous. 😅🐕 When I first saw Duke Winston, I thought, “Okay… I’m going to keep my distance!” 😂
But he was so calm, quiet, and gentle with his owner—and his owner was such a nice person too. So I took a little courage and gave myself a chance to be around him.
And guess what? I was okay! ❤️
Sometimes in life, we step back because we’re afraid of what we don’t know. The same can happen in business. We may be afraid to start, afraid to try something new, or afraid that we might not be good enough.
But sometimes, we simply need to take that first small step. We may discover that what we feared was actually an opportunity to grow. 🌱
Today, Duke Winston reminded me: Courage doesn’t mean having no fear—it means not letting fear stop you from trying. 💛
