our triptych wines are inspired by the art form of the same name… a work made up of three panels that come together to create one complete piece.

made from a unique blend of the same varietal, each wine is fermented and aged in a different vessel: stainless steel tanks, oak barrels & cement fermenters. each brings its own influence before coming together in the final blend.
