rporate training since 2004, doing everything from operations training, new hire onboarding design and delivery, and internal and client-facing product training. Moreover, Heather spent a number of years providing leadership and collaboration on a number of organizational development initiatives, including business readiness, transformation training, workforce capacity planning, and process/SOP analysis (as is/to be).
She believes in practical tools, training, and change interventions and values progression over perfection. We work remotely from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and accept clients from Canada, the US, and Europe. We have a lot of experience and interest in employee onboarding, supporting system rollouts, and the human side of major change (post M&A, leadership changes, periods of high growth, and shifting from a start-up to a more mature mindset.) DO YOU WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS OF ALL SIZES? We enjoy working with small-to-medium business who want to become more mature. For example, a start-up may have been fine flying by the seat of its pants for a while, but now needs some interventions in order to pass due diligence for a potential buyer. Or a family-owned business needs some outside perspective to identify and carry out the interventions necessary to adapt to the times. We work with larger businesses as well, but as we are a small agency, the scope would be well-defined. DO YOU ACCEPT PART-TIME AND/OR SHORT-TERM MANDATES? With pleasure. We generally do not do full-time mandates as we prefer to work with a small handful of clients on a part-time basis. DO YOU USE SUB-CONTRACTORS? We may use subcontractors in certain cases, with the client's prior knowledge. For example, if we create documents or e-learning in English and you want it in an additional language as well, we would outsource the translation portion. We require that any sub-contractors we work with carry appropriate insurance. WHAT ARE YOUR RATES? Rates depend on the type of service and scope of project. We may charge an hourly rate, a day rate, or a fixed-rate per deliverable/ milestone. We offer lower rates for registered non-profits. Rates are in CAD for Canadian-based clients and USD for clients based outside of Canada.
