There’s something about St. Patrick’s Day…
Not just the green, the music, or the celebrations, but the spirit of it.
A people who kept their culture alive.
Who refused to disappear.
Who stayed rooted… even when the world tried to reshape them.
Today feels like a quiet invitation:
To stop shrinking.
To stop blending in just to feel safe.
To stop waiting for permission.
What if you allowed yourself to be seen—fully, honestly, as you are?
Not louder. Not different. Just… true.
Your voice, your story, your presence, they don’t need to be justified.
They need to be lived.
So today, in your own way…take up a little more space.
Not for attention.
But for alignment.
And if something in you is ready to explore that…I’m opening space for a few women who feel this pull.

Valentine’s Day often focuses on being chosen, loved, appreciated by someone else.

But before love is something we receive, it is something we learn to allow.

Many of us were taught to adapt, to be “easy,” to be strong, to not take up too much space. Over time, parts of us learned that being loved sometimes meant being less visible.

So today, I’m reflecting on a different question:

What would it feel like to be loved without shrinking?
To be appreciated without performing?
To be chosen without abandoning yourself?

Whether you are celebrating romantic love, friendship, family, or simply your own journey, this day can also be an invitation.

An invitation to let yourself be seen a little more.
To speak a little more honestly.
To receive appreciation without deflecting it.
To offer love that includes you, not just everyone else.

Love grows where presence is allowed.

Tears are allowed.
Small pockets of warmth are enough.
