Anne Schlenker McBryde:
A graduate of the English language and literature program of Université Laval (Quebec City), Anne has been a certified translator for over 15 years. She is a former tutor at the Cree School Board and is a committed human rights defender. Her university studies included linguistics and a translation component. Robert McBryde:
Robert is a former English professor, who taught for 35 years at Champlain-St. Lawrence College in Quebec City. He also worked for 10 years as broadcaster at CBC, on the Quebec Community Network. Robert completed a French language program with a translation component at Université de Genève (Switzerland). David McBryde:
David has been a member of the ABACA team since early 2011. He is a graduate of the University of British Colombia and has lived in Europe and Asia and travelled worldwide. He completed an Italian studies program in Perugia, Italy, and was educated in both English and French in Quebec City. Aroa El Horani:
The newest member of the ABACA team, Aroa is currently completing a Master’s degree in translation at Université Laval. She is the holder of a Master’s in International and European Law from Université de Lille (France) and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, Amiens (France). She is a speaks four languages (English, French, Bulgarian and Arabic) and has extensive experience as an editor, researcher and English language instructor, as well as a translator. Our company also offers high-quality translations of degrees, certificates and course transcripts. We have the official seal from OTTIAQ (Quebec corporation of certified translators) enabling us to certify your document as required by all educational institutions. Fox: Carnivorous mammal, similar to a wolf but smaller in size and with a slimmer head, whose variable coat is often tinged with red.
Red fox: common species in the Northern Hemisphere, with a generally red coat, whose belly and tail tip are white, and whose legs are black (also called the common fox).
The red fox is widely considered a powerful totem, spirit, or power animal in various traditions, particularly known for its intelligence, adaptability, and protection of its young, as well as many other traits besides.

Renard : Mammifère carnivore, voisin du loup mais de plus petite taille et à tête plus fine, dont le pelage variable est souvent teinté de roux […].
- renard roux : espèce commune de l'hémisphère Nord, à pelage généralement roux, dont le ventre et le bout de la queue sont blancs, et les pattes noires (appelée aussi renard commun). (Usito)
Le renard roux est largement considéré comme un totem, un esprit ou un animal totémique puissant dans diverses traditions. Il est particulièrement connu pour son intelligence, sa capacité d'adaptation et la protection qu'il accorde à ses petits, ainsi que pour de nombreuses autres caractéristiques.

À la lisière des bois, camouflée par l’aurore
Fugace, tu l’es plus qu’à l’habitude encore
Tu t’éclipses comme en mars la lune rousse
Ma toute prudente, ma toute douce
Tu célèbres ainsi ta discrète victoire
