💥 Must be able to pass pre-employment background, drug, & medical screening, subject to TCCA requirements and random substance abuse screening.
💥 Must have requisite basic tools prior to starting to work; tool list will be provided. Tools must be shadowed and engraved.
💥 Must have a technical college degree in aerospace or equivalent.
💥 Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an MRO
Main Duties:
➡ Assemble, rivet, drill and bond body, structure or components of aircraft according to specifications;
➡ Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine method of fabrication, procedures and sequence of operations;
➡ Cure bonded structures, using portable or stationary curing equipment;
➡ Communicate with other workers to fit and align heavy parts or expedite processing of repair parts;
➡ Clean, strip, prime and sand structural surfaces and materials prior to bonding;
➡ Fabricate parts using metal fabricating machines, saws, brakes, shears, and grinders;
➡ Assemble and fit aircraft and structural parts;
➡ Perform a subassembly;
➡ Align, fit, assemble, connect, or install system components, using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, hand tools, or power tools;
➡ Other duties may be assigned.
