I posted this clip on TikTok and the comments went up in flames.
It’s fascinating how the internet has no "in-between." In 11 seconds, people decided he’s either a victim of slander or I should leave him. There’s no room for logic. Maybe he genuinely thinks he does more housework while I’m the one picking up the crumbs behind the toaster, straightening the crinkled dish towels, picking up misplaced things (everywhere) and doing other household chores. 🫠
He’ll fill the dishwasher and scrub the pan (10/10 for the KitchenAid Canada meatballs, btw), but the “invisible labor” of a truly clean home wasn't in the 90s upbringing (for most boys). Their parents did everything.
So not just weaponized incompetence, and not “ungrateful” nagging! It’s just the daily friction of couples sharing a life.
