As successful coaches who are already working with paid clients, the greatest enemy is time. Time passes whether we move or not. I value time.
All I’ve ever wanted to do was coach people and help them achieve goals and be empowered to live a truly fulfilling and purposeful life. Unfortunately, the moment I decided to build an online business, my business model also had to pivot. How?
I re-engaged the skill and business development experience I developed over 25 years working in large global corporations… developing and managing sales and marketing teams.
After a long struggle in trying to do it all myself -
social media content generation,
organic growth/reach,
lead generation,
digital marketing & very expensive Facebook ads,
working with this marketing coach—that marketing “expert”,
selling, etc….
I realized I spent waaaayyyyyy too much time on building the business and not on what I love to do most… work with clients.
I also quickly realized that a one-woman show was no longer a viable strategy. So, I grew my team to include the most incredible social media manager, a lead generation team focused purely on organic reach and a kick-ass sales team who are sales closers and onboards new clients.
Over the last year, other successful coaches have asked me to teach them how to build and manage a sales and marketing team, which is why I went into Coach Mentorship. But, again, this is not for everyone and in fact, most of those coaches I taught have asked if I can outsource my processes and teams.
Imagine… your business adopts a ready-made results-oriented super motivated team to promote you online, build your social media presence, build your prospect list, generate leads and book discovery calls and our sales team closes and onboards. You just SHOW UP and serve!
Would that make your life easier?
The single most powerful lesson I have learned over my years in sales and marketing management is to leverage your proven skillsets while stepping into uncertainty. Never forget what made you successful in the first place.
I love to coach and mentor, but I can do that in any setting, and it all starts with leadership. Managing people, especially natural-born salespeople, is NOT easy and takes a certain level of self-mastery to effectively engage these types of teams.
So, who is aligned with this type of conscious leadership business model?
