Thank you for tagging us in your spring picnic adventures!

One of my biggest fears was that I’d make a product that would just wind up sitting on shelves and become ‘part of the problem’. To see these kits be put to use every day is means everything to me. - Charlie

We all scream for reef-friendly sunscreen 🔆

And voices have been heard:

The Pacific nation of Palau is the FIRST country to ban sunscreen harmful to corals & sea life.

Hawaii is the first U.S. state to ban the sale of sunscreen containing coral harming chemicals oxybenzone & octinoxate.

Key West, the U.S. Virgin Islands & the Caribbean island of Bonaire have all followed suit.

is the one we landed on and love for our ZW Travel Kits! Find it on our online store (link in bio)

Stay mindful 💚

Doesn’t it feel GOOD when you are truly living your values?!

It feels good to follow through on that intention to start composting, to buy less packaged foods, to bring reusables with you to work or to start making your own laundry detergent.

Try this —> Make a list of the top 3 (or 5) things that you value, that you want to start integrating into your life now.

Some might be simple, others might require you to find the right recipe or to do a little research (we’re always here to help!)

Swipe for Charlie’s top 3!

Learning how to recycle properly is important. It’s a tool, that if used right, can be highly effective in creating a closed loop system that extends the lifecycle of products made of metal, glass & aluminum. All of which can be recycled an infinite number of times.

Plastic on the other hand, can only be recycled once or twice as it loses quality & value each time.

“Of the 8.3 billion metric tons that has been produced, 6.3 billion metric tons has become plastic waste. Of that, only nine percent has been recycled.” - National Geographic

We can’t recycle our way out of this problem. We need to AVOID plastic. And demand companies to ditch their packaging or find more planet-friendly alternatives.

There was a time, years ago, some of us required the use of an alarm on our phones so as to not forget our reusables at home!

Now, we’ve evolved and it’s as easy as remembering : phone - keys - wallet - kit. It’s become an essential ✨

All the reusables you need throughout your day to day, kept in the same space - does it get any more convenient?

Been doing this so long, Charlie developed a new skill.

What would you call this? 😂
