Founded in 2008, Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V : VSR) is a gold exploration company with properties located in Northern Quebec (Canada) at different stages of development.
Nelligan, Vanstar’s flagship project developed in partnership with Iamgold Corporation, is the main focus of the company. The Initial Mineral Resource Estimate published in October 2019 revealed 3.2 Million inferred ounces of gold. One of the most promising gold mining projects in Quebec, Nelligan is ongoing continuous exploration work.
The Nelligan Project won the “Discovery of the Year” award at the 2019 Quebec Mineral Exploration Association XPLOR Gala.
The company is also working on the development of other properties such as the Amanda and Felix projects which are 100% owned by Vanstar.
