Fitness and nutrition have changed my life completely 5 years ago and I’ve been COMMITTED to help others do the same.
For myself and my clients I focus on 4 fundamental pillars of fat loss:

Eating foods that are good for me and give me the body which makes me feel happy, confident and motivated.
We are all busy but taking the time to workout no matter what, is always the best time of my day. I get to destress, laugh, work on myself, my strength and seeing the results improves my self-esteem massively.
Having a positive mindset and being motivated is achieved by setting goals for myself and working towards these small goals is what keeps me going.
Finally, getting good recovery, enough sleep, drinking all the water and learning how to reduce my stress has improved the quality of my life in every single way.
