The work consists of asking specific questions to 5 employees + (purchase a specific item) + (return this specific item) + 1 phone call.

Pays: $60
Time required: 2h.

**Get a Free Oil Change in Exchange for Your Opinion**

C3 is currently looking for people who have a vehicle in need of an oil change. In exchange, we will ask you to complete an online survey about your customer experience.
The assignment consists of visiting an auto service center (the name of the client will be revealed to the shopper by phone). During your visit, you will evaluate three specific customer service behaviors:
1. Invitation to the store/service.
2. Respect of the price quoted by phone, on site, and on the final invoice.
3. Review and explanation of the work performed.
Required purchase:
You will need to pay for the oil change at the time of the visit.
Reimbursement:
We reimburse the cost of the oil change up to a maximum of $110.
The reimbursement will be issued once they have received your completed report and clear photos of all paperwork received during the service (3 days max).
The survey contains approximately 20 questions, including written comments. We are looking for people with strong observation skills.

Anybody needs an oil change?
C3 Client Satisfaction is a survey/audit firm based in Quebec, serving businesses since 1997.
We are looking for someone who needs an oil change on their vehicle in order to evaluate the customer service at a specific Auto Center on Division Street .
Our client aims to measure the full customer experience, with real customers from the booking stage through to payment.

An online questionnaire (37 questions+ comments) must be completed on our website.

We accept all types of vehicle **however, we reimburse the cost of an oil change (Synthetic oil accepted) up to $110.

Bonjour! Nous cherchons 2 clients-mystères pour notre merveilleux client à -Seila .
Évaluation du service téléphonique suivi d'un magasinage en succursale. Temps requis 1h en magasin (sur place et pour faire l'appel).
