You contact us by email for a free cost estimate. We establish your project objectives and a translation time–frame with you. We translate your document. We proofread our translation. You review and approve the translation. We send you the invoice. Translation costs are estimated on your document's word length, your required turnaround time, and the use of specialized or technical language.
