One successful ULTEM™ part shows what's possible. A multi-day build shows those results are repeatable. 🎯📊

These ASTM D638 tensile coupons were printed across the Hylo™ build volume in multiple orientations.

The objective isn't simply to determine whether a machine can extrude ULTEM™ 9085.

It's whether it can produce repeatable mechanical properties—regardless of part placement, orientation, production run, or machine.

Repeatability isn't achieved with a hotter nozzle or a heated chamber. It's engineered by controlling every variable that influences the outcome.

Hylo continuously controls the printing process—from material management and extrusion to motion control, in-process sensing, and thermal management—reducing process variation before it becomes part variation.

Materials unlock capability. Process control unlocks production.

We're curious—if you've printed ULTEM™ at or below 120°C, what successes or limitations have you encountered?

We tested printability, strength, and repeatability in 120°C vs 185°C+ chambers

At AON3D, we don't stop at parts that just 'look good'. We take it a step further, using material science, in-process monitoring, and rigorous testing to optimize our printers and profiles for real-world performance. Because the most important characteristics of an industrial part are often the ones you can't see.

These microscope images offer a glimpse beyond what's visible to the naked eye, revealing the structures that influence strength, durability, and long-term reliability.

We have been invited to join the Canadian Pavilion at COMPUTEX TAIPEI/ InnoVEX 2026, June 2-5 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.

We will be demonstrating Hylo™ and Basis™, and are excited to continue engagement with our partners and customers in the Asia Pacific region, along with those in semiconductor technology, aerospace, drones, defense and advanced manufacturing looking to make the most of High-Temperature Additive Manufacturing and High Performance Polymers!

Thank you to Trade & Investment, Canadian Trade Office in Taipei for your support in facilitating this wonderful exhibit.

感謝您的關注與支持,誠摯期待與您於展會現場相見。
