Hello, GG community! 👋

We’re excited to test a new way of connecting: GG Business Brunches, Breakfasts & Lunches!

Our very first Business Brunch will take place on August 13 at 11:00 AM on Saint-Denis Street, Montreal.

This will be a curated event, meaning we’ll carefully select participants to create meaningful conversations, valuable connections, and an engaging atmosphere. Our goal is for everyone to leave with new ideas, new contacts, and genuine inspiration.

If you’d like to join us, please fill out the registration form. Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal and interactive.

This special collaboration brought together entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners, experts, and organizations that support Montreal’s business community. 🤝

The evening began with valuable insights into the most common mistakes entrepreneurs make, along with practical information about financing, accounting, and the resources available to help businesses grow. 🚀

Over the past year of building Growth Gathering, we’ve experienced not only support.

We’ve also faced criticism, insults, unpleasant messages in our inbox, and we’ve had to remove a few members from our community.

🧷 From the very beginning, the idea behind Growth Gathering has been simple:

We meet people where they are.

Here, it’s okay to be nervous before speaking. It’s okay to forget your words. It’s okay not to have all the answers. It’s okay to be a beginner.

Because we believe that growth is impossible without mistakes, setbacks, and awkward first attempts.

🧷 But there are things we have zero tolerance for.

We will not tolerate:
• Disrespect or rudeness.
• Humiliating or belittling others.
• Mocking people for their mistakes.
• Manipulative or unethical sales practices.
• Promoting products or services that could harm people.

Every person deserves to be treated with respect.

And if we ever have to choose between growing our community faster and protecting the atmosphere we’ve created, we will always choose the atmosphere.

That’s exactly why so many people tell us that Growth Gathering is the safest networking community they’ve ever been part of.
