Custom Drapery by Annie Cooper Custom curtains, roman shades, drapes, valances, seat & bench upholstery, decorative pillows...

When my passion became an obsession it was time to take it from pass time to profession. Custom Drapery has been in the making since 2005, perfecting the lost trade of sewing drapes and Roman shades for our first home. It took 8 years to make it what it is today, a large selection of styles, designs and now collaborating with other suppliers to give you more options in window coverings, Drapery hardware, bed linens, wall paper... no doubt we will be adding to the list as Custom Drapery continues to grow.

This basement walk out got an upgrade with Custom Drapery. We did a mix of roller shades with faux Roman shade valances and top tack drapery with easy glide rings.

Check out our new cordless Roman shades! Choose from a huge selection of fabrics for a truly custom look. We have also paired our faux Roman valances with roller shades for a semi transparent effect. Why not add full length sheers in your bathroom for a more elevated look.

Adding drapery to your blinds will instantly elevate your space and add extra privacy when needed. Here we mitred the channel rod to give a clean seamless look in the corner.

I hope you are enjoying the summer sunshine as much as we are. Window coverings aren’t just to pretty up a room they are also great to keep the heat out on the hot summer days so your air conditioning doesn’t have to work overtime.

Not my usual gig but when I was asked to decorate a new nursing home how can I say no? I mean it involves shopping, a lot of shopping!

This cozy condo gets upgraded! We suggested floor to ceiling ripple fold drapery, mounted on the vaulted ceiling adds height and a level of coziness you can only truly appreciate in person. The light filtering roller shade allows a ton of natural light to come in while still offering privacy. We paired it with a warm taupe velvet drapery lined with black out and mounted on our easy glide channel rod in black.
