Final Placement of new baseboard heater. The watts per square foot equation sized this heater at 1000 watts. The child's bedroom has no crawlspace underneath so the least costly install method was a surface mounted PVC pipe from the panel to bedroom. The material selected can easily withstand west coast weather.

This client was selling there home and could not sell due to an undersized electrical panel. Insurance companies will not insure homes when the electrical panel is under 100 Amps. Our fully insured and bonded electricians upgraded this electrical panel before the home sold. Remember to check your electrical panel before selling your home.
